The movers themselves arrived early, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Overall they made moving a total breeze, even though my apartment was a bit tricky. Couldn't have been easier.

This is the 2nd time I've used imover for small moves, and there's a reason for that. This time was moving a large marble table and chairs purchased on Gumtree, and due to the narrow spaces in my house, the movers had warp it and remove the tabletop to get the table into the kitchen. They were skilled at figuring out how to dis-assemble the table, move it in and then re-assemble it, and they finished the job half hour faster than quoted. Had a very terrible experience with this company and I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Emailed and called to get a quote last Friday, was first told that they were all booked out, which I understand because it’s the peak season. Michael the director then rang me back few minutes later saying they could assist with the job and would replied to my email with a quotation. Did not receive anything, called again today to follow up and was told that they would not send me a proper quotation, and don’t care if they lose this job because it’s too “small” for their business which the information was provided on day one and they said they could assist! Completely wasting time and very rude attitudes as if they are the only delivery company in the whole world. Cannot be relied on if they treated customer like this.read more

I used their service a few years ago and now I am moving again, chose them again. 2 guys show up on time and they did the job pretty fast, there was some challenge with the move due to the parking condition & limitation, but the 2 guys handled that pretty well and tried to finish as fast as possible. They also disassembled and assembled my furniture swiftly which was a big help for me. Highly recommended.read more
